Recent messages and the current task help interpret follow-ups. Up to three recent exchanges plus a pending question are sent with questions. New chat clears active context. You can explicitly save chats in a password-encrypted library on this browser; no saved-chat library is sent to the server. Saved chats do not sync across devices. Losing the library password or clearing browser storage makes saved chats inaccessible. Lock the library when you finish on a shared device.
Issue reports send the selected question, answer and your note to the private server for manual review. They do not automatically change records or train the model.
Invoice amounts are INR, including GST. Work completed month is the register’s WM field. FAB and plant labels are kept as recorded. Receipt and settlement cannot be inferred from these fields.
